Example: Stripe may process your payment, but never receives access to full project details or internal documents.

Eolisa Space operates servers and legal infrastructure in the United States (New Mexico) and Türkiye (Istanbul). By using our platform, you consent to your data being processed and stored in either or both jurisdictions depending on your interaction and applicable legal framework.

6. PARTICIPATION IN SECURED PROJECTS

If you are accepted into closed or confidential projects (e.g., Frontier Pioneers Program, Black Hole Project), you may be subject to additional internal confidentiality clauses, including:

Restriction from discussing project involvement publicly
Mandatory use of encrypted communication tools
Identity protection of fellow members
Sentinel Alpha’s monitoring authority

Violation of these terms may lead to access revocation or legal action under international laws.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

EOLISA SPACE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is a legally binding agreement between you (the user, visitor, contributor, participant, or partner) and Eolisa Space LLC.

1. DEFINITIONS

“Eolisa Space” refers to Eolisa Space LLC, headquartered in New Mexico, USA, with independent representatives in Istanbul, Türkiye.
“Sentinel Alpha” refers to the internal security, auditing, and protection division of Eolisa Space, operating autonomously within the organization.
“User” refers to any individual or entity who accesses or interacts with our website, educational content, donation mechanisms, projects, or communication systems.
“Content” includes all text, video, audio, scientific documents, designs, and technical materials.

2. LEGAL JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with:

The laws of the State of New Mexico (USA), and
The Republic of Türkiye (Istanbul courts).

Disputes must be resolved exclusively through the competent courts of Albuquerque, NM or Istanbul, Türkiye, depending on context and party location.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this site or contributing in any form (e.g. content, ideas, financial support, application to Academy), you agree to comply with these terms. These terms apply regardless of device, platform, or geographic location.

4. STRUCTURE & GOVERNANCE

Eolisa Space is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-corporate scientific organization.
Sentinel Alpha is authorized to monitor, investigate, restrict, and—if necessary—suspend access or rights of any party violating these terms, posing threats, or causing reputational harm to the organization.
No individual is permitted to represent Eolisa Space or Sentinel Alpha publicly, verbally, or visually without official written authorization.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree not to:

Misrepresent their identity or affiliations
Distribute false, harmful, or defamatory information
Attempt to breach platform security or interfere with operations
Use any portion of the site for political, religious, or commercial propaganda
Act as a representative, spokesperson, or intermediary without written consent

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY

Any internal documents, passwords, private communications, unpublished research, or early-access materials shared within Eolisa Space or Sentinel Alpha are strictly confidential.
Participants in private projects (e.g. Frontier Pioneers Program, Black Hole Project) are subject to internal NDA-equivalent confidentiality expectations.
Any disclosure, leak, or misuse of such content may result in legal action under both U.S. and Turkish law.

7. SCIENTIFIC & EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

All materials, including the EOLS Academy curriculum, are the intellectual property of Eolisa Space unless otherwise stated.
Access is limited, temporary, and may be revoked.
Users are prohibited from redistributing, modifying, selling, or reusing academic content without explicit permission.
Research papers, simulations, AI models, images, and video content used on the platform are protected by copyright.

8. CONTRIBUTIONS & DONATIONS

Contributions via bank transfer, crypto, or third-party platforms are donations, not purchases.
Donations are non-refundable, unless explicitly promised under a separate campaign or agreement.
Contributions do not grant decision-making rights, ownership, or representation authority.
We do not accept funding from political parties, governments, or military organizations.

9. VOLUNTEER & TEAM PARTICIPATION

Volunteers and contributors agree to follow internal protocols and submit to organizational oversight.
Sentinel Alpha may audit the performance or behavior of any team member without prior notice.
Misuse of company resources or misrepresentation may result in dismissal or legal recourse.

10. PRIVACY & DATA USAGE

Personal data (email, name, IP address, contributions, and application info) is stored securely and only used for internal communication and record-keeping.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
You may request deletion or anonymization of your data at any time by emailing: privacy@eolisaspace.com
Communication logs may be monitored internally for security or coordination purposes.

11. COMMUNICATION AND MEDIA

Use of our name, logo, or branding in public posts, media, or promotions without permission is prohibited.
“Fan content” must clearly indicate that it is unofficial and not affiliated.
Unauthorized YouTube, TikTok, blog, or media pages presenting themselves as part of Eolisa Space will be subject to takedown requests and legal action.

12. TERMINATION

Eolisa Space reserves the right to:

Remove access to any part of the website or services
Ban users from participation
Request deletion of externally hosted material containing our intellectual property
Revoke privileges without explanation in case of violation or threat to the integrity of the organization

13. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted with the updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
