Frontier Pioneers Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting this form and participating in the Frontier Pioneers Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all intellectual property and proprietary information related to Eolisa Space and the Frontier Pioneers Program. Participation in this program is subject to the terms and conditions detailed here, which may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of Eolisa Space.

2. Privacy and Data Usage

Eolisa Space is committed to safeguarding the privacy of all participants in the Frontier Pioneers Program. Any personal information submitted through this form or through participation in the program will be handled in accordance with our strict privacy policies. This information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law or as outlined in this document.

Your personal and professional data will only be used for purposes directly related to the Frontier Pioneers Program and internal research or evaluations. You agree that Eolisa Space may collect and process your information to improve the program and assess its outcomes. All data collected is securely stored and will be used responsibly.

3. Confidentiality Agreement

As a participant in the Frontier Pioneers Program, you agree to uphold the highest levels of confidentiality. You acknowledge that you may be exposed to proprietary information, cutting-edge technology, and sensitive data related to ongoing or future projects.

• You agree not to disclose, share, or otherwise disseminate any information, technology, research, data, or materials related to Eolisa Space or the Frontier Pioneers Program without prior written consent from the company's authorized personnel.

• Unauthorized capture of images, audio, video, or any form of media that may disclose confidential materials, research, or technologies related to Eolisa Space is strictly prohibited.

• All intellectual property, inventions, designs, methodologies, and technologies encountered or developed during your participation in the program remain the exclusive property of Eolisa Space.

• Even if you are removed from the program, you are still obligated to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during your participation.

Violation of this confidentiality clause will result in immediate removal from the program and potential legal action.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Any inventions, innovations, discoveries, or improvements (collectively "Developments") arising during your participation in the Frontier Pioneers Program belong solely to Eolisa Space, whether these developments are conceptualized by you individually or in collaboration with others. You agree to assign all rights, titles, and interest in such Developments to Eolisa Space, and to assist in any formalities required to ensure the company’s ownership of these intellectual property rights.

5. Prohibition of Unauthorized Use

Participants are expressly forbidden from:

• Reproducing, publishing, or distributing any material or content related to the Frontier Pioneers Program without express permission from Eolisa Space.

• Using any ideas, technologies, or information gained from the program for personal or commercial gain, without prior written approval.

• Engaging in any activities that could undermine the intellectual property rights of Eolisa Space.

Any unauthorized use of Eolisa Space’s technologies or ideas for third-party benefit, profit, or any unauthorized collaboration with other entities is strictly prohibited.

6. Amendments and Modifications

Eolisa Space reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the email addresses provided during registration. Continued participation in the Frontier Pioneers Program after the changes have been made constitutes acceptance of these revised terms.

7. Compliance and Conduct

Participants are expected to act professionally and ethically throughout their involvement in the Frontier Pioneers Program. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to harassment, intellectual property theft, or inappropriate behavior, will result in immediate expulsion from the program.

8. Termination of Participation

Eolisa Space reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Frontier Pioneers Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Breach of any terms mentioned herein will lead to immediate removal from the program, and you may be held legally liable for damages resulting from such a breach.

9. Limitation of Liability

Eolisa Space is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your participation in the Frontier Pioneers Program. By accepting these terms, you agree to hold Eolisa Space harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your involvement in the program.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and/or the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, depending on the jurisdiction deemed most appropriate by Eolisa Space at any given time. Any disputes arising from participation in the Frontier Pioneers Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey, or Santa Fe, New Mexico, as applicable.
